Beer Lees
It mainly consists of malty hull, leaf bud, infusible protein, hemicellulose, fat, ash and little undecomposed starch and soluble extract. Different materials and ferment techniques applied in beer manufacture generates different lees components. So, it’s necessary to analyze its components when we use them. In a word, beer lees has higher nutritional value for containing rich crude protein and microelement. After testing, our beer lees components include 7.7% of water, 22.9% of crude protein, 4.1% of ash and 17.1% of coarse fibre.
