Our company is located in the converging of Zhengyang Branch Road and Yantai—Qingdao Road, Chengyang, Qingdao, 204 national way in the west, with superior location and convenient transportation. It not only owns national ways extended in all directions in our country, but also very close to many ports such as Qingdao Port, Huangdao Island. Besides, it leans on Liuting crossroads and expressway, which lay good transportation foundation for selling products in all over the country.

　　Our company signs exclusive selling contract with Qingdao Beer Plant. We take charge of drying Qingdao Beer lees, removing impurities and crushing lees according to customers’ requirements. After inspection, our beer lees components are water 7.7%, coarse protein, 22.9%, ash content, 4.1%, coarse fibre, 17.1%。Sales direction mainly includes various feed factories, breeding plants. Product sold in many countries such as Japan, South Korea and so forth.

　　Factory occupies 3,000m2 of floor area, 1,600m2 of building area, with reasonable living area and manufacturing district, and has bursary for containing more than 300 tons of goods. Moreover, it is able to conduct rigorous testing for product. All technique indexes can reach at city standard. In addition, we can conduct crushing, drying and special packing according to customers’ requirements. Product guaranteed by rigorous standard fits for mixing materials for feed factories and breeding plants. It’s necessary feed additives for flocks and herds so it has broad prospect.

　　For equipment, we choose direct thermal exchanging dryer manufactured by Tianjin Jiuhuan Energy Environmental Protection Institute, featured in low noise, simple operation. That means smoke-free lump coal burnt in hot stove generates hot air, enters rotary canister by dust-catcher, and transfers heat by contacting with wet lees which enters dryer. Wet lees evaporates water and becomes dry for absorbing heat, discharges hot air from dryer tail so that to reduce temperature and carry out steam from dust-catcher and air ventilator chimney. Dry lees packed separately after sucking air. Discharged waste air during whole technique process mainly include saturated steam, which neither contains neither dust nor pollution. In one word, our plant has sufficient condition, reason and capacity to stand stably in the tide of opening and reform to offer convenience, reduce cost and increase benefit for breeding industry.
